20% of the population are neurodiverse - that’s 1 in 5.
So your workplace has neurodiverse people in it, whether you know it or not
The struggle of being neurodiverse in the workplace can have a huge impact on the individual, the team and the business.
The shame of being neurodiverse and hiding who you really are, trying not to let everyone down, and always working harder than everyone around you is exhausting, stressful and increasingly difficult to manage over time.
Struggling with neurodiversity in the workplace can result in:
More sick days
Social and communication difficulties
High emotion that’s difficult to manage
Overcommiting, or under committing
Challenges working effectively as part of a team
And reduced staff retention
All of these have a financial impact on your business
But, workplaces that shift their culture, create a neuro-inclusive workplace and provide places of safety for their neurodiverse employees see huge benefits

”The Customs Investigations Unit would like to acknowledge the Miharo Kaupapa delivered by Vanessa and Becky at our Extended Leadership hui. The delivery and content was absolutely on point and was evidenced by the high levels of engagement across the group.
Higher levels of awareness, acceptance and pathways to weave these unique and valuable traits was requested, and delivered. Vanessa and Becky easily surpassed expectations”.

This 6 week small group coached programme is specifically designed to support neurodiverse adults to work through the internal challenges, and lack of self belief, that build over a lifetime of being neurodiverse in a world that isn’t set up for them.
We know that the consequences of being neurodiverse for many adults can be severe and difficult to manage.
Neurodiverse adults are often:
Hiding who they really are
Working hard to look like they are keeping up
Feeling like they are letting everyone down
Believing that they should be achieving more.
And the result of this is stress, shame and anxiety.
This programme works through these beliefs and behaviours in a safe and supported environment.
Outcomes:
Staff with better understanding of their neurodiversity and how it has affected them
New ways of operating that work with their cognitive style
Changing of negative self beliefs to positive ones
Team members who are less stressed, more in control, capable and certain about themselves and their abilities.
Less performance plans and lower staff turnover.
Price:
$875 + gst per person
“Remarkable Minds was the perfect solution to helping our teams understand and feel more confident working with Neurodiverse learners and colleagues.
Through Remarkable Minds passion in creating positive inclusive learning and work environments the workshops attended by over 50 staff presented practical tools, guidance and information that enhances their ability to tap into the immense potential of Neurodiverse learners.
We were privileged also to have Becky and Vanessa’s expert opinion and recommendations through their observation of a work place programme of learning to ensure we develop training that is accessible, inclusive and equitable.
Remarkable Minds started us on a journey which I recommend to all training and learning organisations.”
