Davis Attention Mastery Programme

The Davis Attention Mastery Programme is a hands on holistic approach for anyone 8 years and over, who is looking to improve their focus, energy and attention.

This is a drug free, individual, empowering approach to ADHD and ADD that uncovers the root cause of behaviour and empowers the individual to create positive change.

Who is this programme for?

This programme is for adults and children who are experiencing problems with any of the following:

  • easily distracted

  • hyperactivity / hypoactivity

  • impulsivity

  • difficulties with personal organisation

  • challenges with time

  • difficulty with following instructions

  • poor working memory

  • challenges with staying on task, or getting things finished

What does a programme consist of?

A Davis Attention Mastery Programme consists of:

  • a minimum of 50 hours of one-to-one facilitation

  • personalised attention given to the client’s needs and goals

  • all materials required for the programme and for follow up work at home

  • training for a family member (or friend) for home support

  • 3 post-programme sessions with your facilitator

Davis programmes are different to anything else you might have tried before.

We don’t use traditional learning methods because they just don’t work for the neurodiverse brain. Our methods are different, they are strength based, look at the whole person and help you understand how to work with your brain in a way that’s easy and long lasting.

In this programme, you don’t just learn how to focus more effectively, you also gain tools to help you regulate your energy appropriately, manage your stress and emotions and understand how your brain really works.
