We support neurodivergent adults to understand how their mind works, reduce internal strain, and build lasting confidence - with structured coaching and practical tools designed specifically for ADHD, dyslexic and autistic adults.

Support for neurodivergent adults
We offer structured, neurodiversity-informed support for adults who want to understand themselves more fully, find the right tools for their life and reduce the pressure they’ve been carrying.
Our work ranges from focused group programmes to in-depth 1:1 support.
Everything we offer is expert-led, practical, and designed for real life - not theory.

Support for workplaces and leaders
We work with organisations who want to move beyond awareness and into meaningful neuro-inclusion.
Through training, workshops, and structured programmes, we help leaders understand neurodivergent thinking, reduce unnecessary pressure and burnout, and create environments where employees can perform sustainably.
Remarkable Minds was founded by Becky Smith and Vanessa Victor to support neurodivergent adults to better understand how their minds work — and to build lives and careers that feel more sustainable as a result.
Most of the people...
understanding how your mind processes information, acknowledging the emotional impact of thinking differently, and applying tools built for your cognitive style.
Over the past decade ...
we have worked with hundreds of neurodivergent adults through one-to-one programmes, coaching, group programmes and corporate training.

Co-Founder
Vanessa is a licensed Davis facilitator specialising in Dyslexia, ADHD and Autism support.
Her journey into this work began while searching for support for her dyslexic son. Discovering the Davis Dyslexia Programme transformed both of their lives and ultimately led Vanessa to train as a licensed Davis facilitator herself.
Vanessa later recognised her own neurodivergence, receiving a dyslexia and ADHD diagnosis in adulthood. Today she combines lived experience with professional training to help neurodivergent adults understand how their minds process information and develop practical tools that support clarity, regulation and confidence.

Co-Founder
Becky is a life coach with a particular focus on the emotional wellbeing of neurodivergent adults.
Her work centres on helping people make sense of their experiences, build self-trust, and develop practical ways of navigating work, relationships and everyday life.
Becky’s work at Remarkable Minds is shaped by her interest in the mental and emotional wellbeing of neurodivergent adults and her commitment to helping people find practical, sustainable ways of navigating life and work.
They work hard.
They care deeply.
They manage.

Life becomes easier when you work with your brain, not against it.
This means...
understanding how your mind processes information, acknowledging the emotional impact of thinking differently, and applying tools built for your cognitive style.
Our work...
Our work is grounded in lived experience, professional training, and years of guiding neurodivergent adults and organisations through meaningful change.
