Resilient Minds is a structured six-week small-group programme designed to support neurodivergent adults to better understand how they operate and develop tools that make work and life more sustainable.

What the Programme Develops

Across six weeks, participants build:

Greater awareness of capacity and early signs of overwhelm

Tools to regulate emotional intensity in real time

A clear understanding of how their neurodivergent mind processes information

Increased confidence communicating needs

A more stable sense of professional self-trust

The programme is practical and applied. Participants integrate tools directly into their working lives as they move through the cohort.

  • Confidential and professionally facilitated environment

Each week builds on the last, creating progressive understanding and sustainable change.

Confidentiality & Organisational Insight

Resilient Minds is delivered as a confidential group experience.

Individual reflections and discussions are not shared with employers.

Where appropriate, aggregated and anonymised cohort insights may be provided to sponsoring organisations to support broader learning and cultural development.

This protects psychological safety while still allowing organisations to understand overall impact.

Investment

The investment for Resilient Minds is $895 + GST per participant.

Organisations may enrol employees into scheduled public cohorts or discuss private cohort delivery where appropriate.
