How coaching fits

alongside other support

Coaching can stand alone.
It can also sit alongside other work.
Some people begin with a structured Davis programme and use coaching to integrate those tools into everyday life.
Others start with coaching and later decide they would benefit from something more intensive.

How it works

Sessions...

  • are one-to-one.

  • They can be offered online or in person.

  • Some people work with us for a defined period around a specific issue.

  • Others choose ongoing support because having a place to process and reflect makes everything else feel more manageable.
