We support neurodivergent adults to understand how their mind works, reduce internal strain, and build lasting confidence - with structured coaching and practical tools designed specifically for ADHD, dyslexic and autistic adults.

Support for neurodivergent adults
We offer structured, neurodiversity-informed support for adults who want to understand themselves more fully, find the right tools for their life and reduce the pressure they’ve been carrying.
Our work ranges from focused group programmes to in-depth 1:1 support.
Everything we offer is expert-led, practical, and designed for real life - not theory.

Support for workplaces and leaders
We work with organisations who want to move beyond awareness and into meaningful neuro-inclusion.
Through training, workshops, and structured programmes, we help leaders understand neurodivergent thinking, reduce unnecessary pressure and burnout, and create environments where employees can perform sustainably.
A structured, one-to-one programme for neurodivergent adults
Not every difficulty fits neatly into a diagnostic category.
For many adults, maths has felt anything from mildly confusing to completely inaccessible.
Numbers are confusing
Maths can feel like a different language
Confidence drops before you’ve even begun.
This is rarely about intelligence or effort.
It is often the result of trying to work with mathematical concepts in a way that does not align with how your mind naturally processes information.

The Davis® Mastery for Maths Programme is a structured, one-to-one intervention designed to restore clarity at a foundational level — so maths becomes predictable, understandable and less emotionally charged.
This is not tutoring.
It is not memorisation.
It is about addressing the root of mathematical confusion so numbers begin to make sense.
This programme is designed for neurodivergent adults, including those with dyscalculia or long-standing maths difficulties, who want a fundamentally different relationship with numbers.
It may be appropriate if you experience:
Numbers feeling abstract, or unreliable
Losing track of steps in calculations or sequences
Strong anxiety or shutdown when maths is required
Difficulty connecting symbols to real meaning
Feeling capable in most areas, but blocked when maths appears
Many adults...
who begin this programme have spent years compensating, avoiding, or masking their difficulty.
They are not looking for more maths coaching.
They are looking for maths to finally become achievable.

Across approximately 50 hours, you will:

Identify where confusion and disorientation arise

Learn tools to regulate stress and restore perceptual stability

Build strong foundations for key concepts such as time, sequence, and order

Work concretely with numbers, symbols, and word problems

Apply this understanding to real-life maths situations
The learning process is hands-on and multisensory
The Davis® approach begins with a different premise:
Mathematical difficulty...
is often rooted in a difference in conceptual foundations.
Maths relies on abstract concepts such as time, sequence, order, cause and effect, and change.

If these concepts were never fully anchored, maths can remain confusing regardless of repetition or effort.
When confusion happens, perception becomes inaccurate.
Errors multiply.
Emotions escalate.
The problem compounds itself.
This programme restores clarity at the conceptual level, so mathematical thinking becomes structured rather than chaotic.
The goal is not faster calculation.
It is reliable understanding.
Approximately 50 hours, delivered one-to-one
May be shorter if a Davis® Mastery for Attention
Programme has already been completed
Delivered in person (online options considered where appropriate)
Includes follow-up support

Participants often report:
Reduced anxiety when faced with numbers
Greater clarity when tackling maths problems
Fewer confusion-based errors
Increased confidence in practical maths situations
A stronger sense of control and predictability
Maths no longer feels like a personal flaw.
It becomes a system that can be understood.

They work hard.
They care deeply.
They manage.

A discovery call allows you to explore your experience with maths and determine whether the Davis® Mastery for Maths Programme is the right fit.
From there, a free consultation with a trained facilitator can be arranged before beginning a programme.
Empowering those who think and learn differently.
All around the world, Davis is making a difference every day. With our unique insights and specialized expertise, we understand the root cause of both the perceptual gifts AND the challenges that accompany neurodivergent thinking.
The Davis Methods use proven strength-based tools and effective learning strategies that unlock clients' innate ability to learn and thrive.
Our highly trained licensed Davis facilitators deliver life-changing, personalized programs (1:1) with respect, care, and a commitment to positive outcomes for all ages.
Life becomes easier when you work with your brain, not against it.
This means...
understanding how your mind processes information, acknowledging the emotional impact of thinking differently, and applying tools built for your cognitive style.
Our work...
Our work is grounded in lived experience, professional training, and years of guiding neurodivergent adults and organisations through meaningful change.
