We support neurodivergent adults to understand how their mind works, reduce internal strain, and build lasting confidence - with structured coaching and practical tools designed specifically for ADHD, dyslexic and autistic adults.

Support for neurodivergent adults
We offer structured, neurodiversity-informed support for adults who want to understand themselves more fully, find the right tools for their life and reduce the pressure they’ve been carrying.
Our work ranges from focused group programmes to in-depth 1:1 support.
Everything we offer is expert-led, practical, and designed for real life - not theory.

Support for workplaces and leaders
We work with organisations who want to move beyond awareness and into meaningful neuro-inclusion.
Through training, workshops, and structured programmes, we help leaders understand neurodivergent thinking, reduce unnecessary pressure and burnout, and create environments where employees can perform sustainably.
A structured, in-person programme for neurodivergent adults
If attention feels unreliable — present one moment, scattered the next — it is rarely a lack of effort.
For many neurodivergent adults, attention is not absent.
It is overloaded.

The Davis® Mastery for Attention Programme is a structured, one-to-one, in-person intervention designed to help you understand how your attention actually works — and how to regulate it intentionally.
This is not therapy.
It is not productivity training.
And it is not about suppressing your natural way of thinking.
It is about stabilising attention, regulating your emotional intensity, and reducing internal chaos so daily life requires less effort.
This programme is designed for neurodivergent adults — including adults with ADHD (diagnosed or not) — who experience:
It may be appropriate if you experience:
Fluctuating attention depending on interest, stress, or environment
Losing time, hyperfocusing, or mental exhaustion
Racing thoughts or sensory overwhelm
Difficulty with time management, organisation, prioritisation, or follow-through
A powerful thinking style that feels unmanaged rather than directed
Many participants
are outwardly functioning well, but privately working much harder than others to maintain focus and structure.

The Davis approach is grounded in a core principle:
ADHD...
is often not an attention deficit — it is attention dysregulation caused by perceptual overload.
Neurodivergent minds tend to perceive more — more detail, more connections, more input at once.

This perceptual ability is a strength.
But when perception becomes unregulated, disorientation can occur.
Time, order, and focus lose stability.
This programme shows you how to direct your attention, maintain focus, stabilise your emotional energy and find a sense of calm.
Across approximately 30 hours, you will:

Learn how your attention, perception, and senses interact

Recognise when disorientation is occurring

Develop tools to restore clarity and calm

Work with key life concepts such as time, sequence, order, and consequence

Apply these tools in real-world contexts
The process is experiential and multisensory.
Approximately 30 hours (typically 5–6 days)
Delivered in person for immersive integration
One-to-one and tailored to your specific needs
Includes up to 6 hours of post-programme support

They work hard.
They care deeply.
They manage.

A discovery call allows you to explore what has been challenging, what you are hoping for, and whether the Davis® Mastery for Attention Programme is the right programme for you.

Empowering those who think and learn differently.
All around the world, Davis is making a difference every day. With our unique insights and specialized expertise, we understand the root cause of both the perceptual gifts AND the challenges that accompany neurodivergent thinking.
The Davis Methods use proven strength-based tools and effective learning strategies that unlock clients' innate ability to learn and thrive.
Our highly trained licensed Davis facilitators deliver life-changing, personalized programs (1:1) with respect, care, and a commitment to positive outcomes for all ages.
Life becomes easier when you work with your brain, not against it.
This means...
understanding how your mind processes information, acknowledging the emotional impact of thinking differently, and applying tools built for your cognitive style.
Our work...
Our work is grounded in lived experience, professional training, and years of guiding neurodivergent adults and organisations through meaningful change.
