We support neurodivergent adults to understand how their mind works, reduce internal strain, and build lasting confidence - with structured coaching and practical tools designed specifically for ADHD, dyslexic and autistic adults.

Support for neurodivergent adults
We offer structured, neurodiversity-informed support for adults who want to understand themselves more fully, find the right tools for their life and reduce the pressure they’ve been carrying.
Our work ranges from focused group programmes to in-depth 1:1 support.
Everything we offer is expert-led, practical, and designed for real life - not theory.

Support for workplaces and leaders
We work with organisations who want to move beyond awareness and into meaningful neuro-inclusion.
Through training, workshops, and structured programmes, we help leaders understand neurodivergent thinking, reduce unnecessary pressure and burnout, and create environments where employees can perform sustainably.
A structured, in-person programme for autistic adults
For many autistic adults, the challenges they are experience are not because of a lack of ability.
It is the effort required to navigate a world that often feels unpredictable, unclear, or overwhelming.
Change can feel destabilising.
Social situations can require constant interpretation.
Daily life can demand more energy than others realise.

The Davis Autism Approach® is a structured, one-to-one, in-person programme designed to help you make sense of the world — without suppressing identity, encouraging masking, or training behaviours that feel inauthentic.
This is not therapy.
It is not behaviour modification.
It is not about becoming someone else.
It is about building internal clarity, stability, and agency — so life becomes more mangeable on your own terms.
This programme is designed for autistic adults with receptive language who want greater understanding, steadiness, and self-direction in everyday life.
It may be appropriate if you experience:
Overwhelm with change, unpredictability, or sensory input
Difficulty interpreting social dynamics or emotional cues
Confusion about expectations, roles, or boundaries
High energy demands simply to remain regulated
A desire for clarity without losing your sense of self
Many adults...
who explore this work are not seeking to be changed.
They are seeking tools that respect their individuality while increasing participation and confidence in the world.

The Davis Autism Approach® begins with a foundational principle:
Autism...
is not a deficit of intelligence or capability.
It is a difference in perception and processing.
When core life concepts — such as time, change, sequence, and cause-and-effect — are unclear or unstable, the world can feel chaotic or unsafe, even when intelligence is high.

Rather than teaching scripts or behavioural adjustments, this programme builds internal reference points that create orientation and meaning.
The aim is not to alter autistic perception.
It is to support it with structure, coherence, and internal stability.
Across the programme, you will:

Strengthen perception and presence

Develop tools for emotional regulation and stress reduction

Build clarity around foundational life concepts

Explore relationships and social dynamics in a meaningful way

Apply these foundations to real-world contexts
The learning process is experiential and visual.
Participants often report:
A stronger sense of internal stability
Less sensory overload
Greater clarity in everyday situations
Increased confidence managing change
More ease in navigating relationships
Clearer personal boundaries
A more grounded sense of self
The aim is not to alter who you are.
It is to make the world more coherent and manageable through understanding.

Typically 60–120 hours, depending on individual needs
Delivered in person
Fully individualised
May include involvement or coaching of a support person where appropriate

They work hard.
They care deeply.
They manage.

A discovery call provides space to explore your experience, what feels difficult, and whether the Davis Autism Approach® is the right intervention.
From there, a free consultation with a trained facilitator can be arranged before beginning a programme. .
Life becomes easier when you work with your brain, not against it.
This means...
understanding how your mind processes information, acknowledging the emotional impact of thinking differently, and applying tools built for your cognitive style.
Our work...
Our work is grounded in lived experience, professional training, and years of guiding neurodivergent adults and organisations through meaningful change.
