We are So Happy to Meet You

We can’t wait to support you on your

neurodiversity journey.

Remarkable Minds was born from a dyslexic son, a long standing friendship, a late diagnosis and a shared passion to change the world!

Back in 2014, with years of experience with her dyslexic son and the brand new realisation that she was dyslexic and ADHD herself, Vanessa began training as a Davis facilitator, a process that culminated in her becoming licensed to deliver life changing programmes for those with Dyslexia, ADHD, and ASD.

Fast forward 4 years and the struggles of running a business alone and being neurodiverse were becoming overwhelming, a fortuitous conversation on a plane to Bali changed everything!Becky, a friend of more than 20 years and, a well known slightly bossy organiser, with more neurodiversity in her family that you can shake a stick at, quickly saw the potential in Remarkable Minds and a collaboration was born. As a qualified Life and Abundance coach, Becky knew that being part of Remarkable Minds would allow her to dive into her area of specialist interest, neurodiverse women.

Together this dynamic duo combined their unique strengths to relaunch Remarkable Minds. Their flagship course, originally "The Confident Dyslexic," has now evolved to reflect their commitment to helping neurodiverse women redefine self-beliefs and navigate the world with confidence.

Their work creates lasting balance and confidence, empowering women with ADHD and dyslexia to live authentically as their remarkable self. This ethos is reflected in every aspect of Remarkable Minds, from its innovative programs to its core values of empathy, generosity, and the belief that everyone is remarkable.

Meet The Team

Vanessa Victor

Co-Founder

My Neurodiversity journey started as a worried mother back in 2007. I was searching for a way to help my dyslexic son. He was struggling at school and I could see my bright, confident, happy boy becoming less confident and sure of himself. I was desperate to help him and understand him. I read the Gift of Dyslexia, and at last someone was describing my son and what was happening for him.

Completing a Davis Dyslexia Programme changed his life and mine!. His programme led me to my own realisation that I was Dyslexic (at the age of 42!), this inspired me to train as a dyslexia facilitator and profession and my life passion.

I never tire of helping people understand themselves, removing their limiting beliefs and guiding them to find their authentic selves.

Life is a lot less stressful now that I understand my own neurodiversity and it’s my passion to spread that to everyone else.

She has two neurodiverse boys who are her driving force, creating a world that embraces them is her mission.

Becky is an accredited NZACAL Life and Abundance Coach and is a fully trained CCS Cards Facilitator. She works with adults seeking to make change in their lives through one to one coaching, small group retreats and online support.

Sandra Hartnett

Head of Davis Facilitation

Sandra is proudly neurodivergent. She completed a Davis programme in mid-life, which was transformational and inspired her to bring this beautiful work to the world.

She came to understand that she thinks differently, and she became very excited about the possibilities before her.

Outside of Davis facilitation work, Sandra has extensive experience working in an NGO with people with mental health struggles. This has strongly influenced her passion and knowledge when working with neurodiversity, and recognition of the myriad of difficulties that can coincide living within a neurotypical world.

Her passion is for people to securely imagine a sense of belonging, to know they can effortlessly contribute to their own and others lives. To participate in everything that thrills them; seeing the opportunities, taking action, and making connections and decisions with ease.

Client Transformation

Sinead

Finding and joining this programme is my new starting point. I love how this programme is making me dig deep inside myself to change from the core out and is giving me a full understanding of why I am the way I am. My confidence will not be shattered again!
